Each gown is worn once, for a single occasion, and for reasons of hygiene it cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the size chart on the gown's page carefully before you order. If you are unsure of your size, contact us and we will help you choose.
Pre-order gowns
Pre-order gowns are made in your chosen size after you place your order. Making takes 4–6 weeks for evening gowns and 8–12 weeks for bridal gowns, the same for every country. Shipping time is extra and depends on where you live. Pre-orders are paid in full when you order.
Ready to ship
Gowns marked ready to ship are delivered in 2–3 working days in the UAE and 7–10 working days everywhere else.
Ordering a ready gown and a pre-order together
We send the ready gown first and the pre-order when it is finished. If you would rather receive them together, contact us and let us know.
